      In our rapidly changing economic landscape, business has more highly challenging problems than at any time in our history.  Since the economic crash in 2008 the economic and social landscape has been turned upside down.  The playing field is no longer level for people seeking employment because the supply and demand ratio is completely out of balance. The expectations of business have risen dramatically.  Business’ thirst for high potential executives and managers has never been as apparent.  A lack of leadership right now and in the future is a primary concern for most companies. 

 

      Companies are searching for individuals with knowledge, skill, and talent to help them find their way through the web of complex problems and modern-day situations.  It is often less expensive to improve the individuals already on staff.  Challenges confronting organizations include business problems, personal development, and team management.

The goal is 100% buy-in, genuine participation, and tangible results.  We make sure everyone participates at a high level of engagement.   A Mastermind group is like having a personal group of advisors to stimulate creativity, share knowledge and experience, move towards finding solutions and giving group support and direction.  By sharing knowledge, talent, and skill the members help facilitate each other’s and a team’s growth.  

 

            Each workshop includes a presentation and discussion that is specifically tailored to each group.  Each section will include an interactive live exercise and an action plan for steps to be taken.   Everyone gets involved to raise the level of emotional participation. 

 

Each program is customized to the company’s specific desires.  I offer the entire series, a group of segments, or a 1-time segment addressing a specific area of concern.
